How to cook High protein pancakes

Have these babies every morning and you will notice a difference, keep up your daily weight training and aerobic workouts especially.

Blend all this together then heat on a pan till gold: Makes 3 Large Pancakes

  • 1/2 Cup of Oats
  • 1 Cup of Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Teaspoons of Vanilla Essence

If you would like add: (Don't recommend)

  • 1/2 Cup of Sugar (Taste's better)
  • 1/2 Cup of Milk (More smoother)
  • 1/2 Cup of Protein Powder Supplement (More Protein lol)


The statistics:

  • 1/2 Cup of Oats
    Carbohydrates - 28g, Protein - 11g, Fats - 2.5g
  • 1 Cup of Low Fat Cottage Cheese
    Carbohydrates - 8g, Protein - 26g, Fats - 5g
  • 4 Eggs
    Carbohydrates - 0g, Protein - 24g, Fats - 20g
  • 2 Teaspoons of Vanilla Essence
    ---
  • Protein Powder Generally 30-60g per serving of protein

Totals:
Carbohydrates - 36g, Protein - 61g (not including protein powder), Fats - 27.5g

Add fruits and enjoy!
