Blend all this together then heat on a pan till gold: Makes 3 Large Pancakes
- 1/2 Cup of Oats
- 1 Cup of Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Teaspoons of Vanilla Essence
If you would like add: (Don't recommend)
- 1/2 Cup of Sugar (Taste's better)
- 1/2 Cup of Milk (More smoother)
- 1/2 Cup of Protein Powder Supplement (More Protein lol)
The statistics:
- 1/2 Cup of Oats
Carbohydrates - 28g, Protein - 11g, Fats - 2.5g - 1 Cup of Low Fat Cottage Cheese
Carbohydrates - 8g, Protein - 26g, Fats - 5g - 4 Eggs
Carbohydrates - 0g, Protein - 24g, Fats - 20g - 2 Teaspoons of Vanilla Essence
--- - Protein Powder Generally 30-60g per serving of protein
Totals:
Carbohydrates - 36g, Protein - 61g (not including protein powder), Fats - 27.5g
Add fruits and enjoy!
