- Obtain Solidox Sticks from your nearest ware house, these can be obtained in every country. (It is used as a welding material to weld metal and is generally very cheap)
- Grind these sticks VERY carefully using a mortar and pestle.
- With the powder, Get Vaseline (petroleum jelly) and keep kneading it into a dough.
- Done, more power if set into a pipe.
The compound is exactly what it seems like: SolidOx (Solid Oxygen) very explosive and unstable, friction may set it off.
Kno3 (Potassium Nitrate) or Black Powder can be used to substitute SolidOx.
The question of sparklers as a substitute is in debate as you will need a firm pipe and blasting cap in order for it to be effective.
